How to stop daydreaming?

Im a daydreamer, through the day im not aware of what is happening around me, i see inside of my head while thinking. I do void meditation but it doesnt help. What else i can do?

Focus outwards and keep the inner focus mostly at night or in a controlled fashion when meditating or inquiring any spiritual action.
