How to spin heart chakra

So far ive been able to spin all my chakras when i spin them i imagine them pointed to whatever direction they should be facing and spin but when it comes to the heart chakra i am drawing a blank. Do i spin two separate sections? Could someone point me in the right direction? Would be much appreciated.

When you spin your chakras you use a totally different visualization than when you align them. You only visualize all of them as energy vortexes. That's it. No points, no pyramids, just vortexes which aren't pointed in a specific direction.

To often a great deal of value is placed around visualization. In all honesty, visualization is just a tool to direct your intent, to help you will your energy and recognize it. Visualizing something will not manifest it alone.

The heart chakra however is of great importance, it acts similar to how a crossroads does. Giving access to many routes and pathways for travel, in this case nadi. The heart acts as a balance as well, similar to how the third eye balances prana and shakti, but on a more complete scale. The anahata is a point of intersection among the chakra, connecting the entire lower subtle body.

So begin by rotating you energy naturally, drawing it up from the perineum along the spine to the crown. Then down towards the third eye and along the front of the body into sacral chakra down to the root and then the perineum again. Draw energy up the main chakra from the perineum along the sushumna rotating each chakra from root to crown. Then repeat the process from crown to root, then back the perineum. Allow energy to flow naturally towards the heart chakra, and allow the heart chakra to flow energy naturally aswell, drawing energy in, while at the same time flowing energy outwards filling all the chakra. It is kind of a loop, energy flows in, and flows out, but is always moving and being replaced. Think of your subtle body as a single substance, moving constantly through different paths; energy may move from one location but new energy is constantly moving to that location filling it again.

For those who enjoy the use of visualization, the converging arrows from Utu's can be placed over the heart chakra to help draw energy inwards. The star of Ishtar can also be a potent symbol when expanding energy outward to fill the nadi.

Hey Ninja. Just picture it as two pyramids, one facing up, the other facing down, and their bases joined together. A vortex naturally creates a funel shape, ie: a Pyramid.

LOL Don't tell me to read it, because I've read it since it first appeared in March 2007. I'm dedicated for over 5 years. Have you read the EZ Chakra spin page yourself?

Like I said spinning the chakras is a completely different thing than aligning them, and you probably didn't pay attention to what I said.

This is about what I've been wondering for a bit too, I've been visualizing them as pyramidal shaped but am still somewhat confused about it all as I have been for a while too so clarification of the differences between visualizing them as colored pyramids or swirling vortexes around pyramids *(or not) would definitely be helpful for me too!~  Thanks for This!~

On JOS, it describes a vortex as a tornado, which I already stated...a vortex naturally assumes a funel shape. This can be visualized as a tornado, or a pyramid if you want ( a pyramid is tornado shaped, the only difference is it's base is square, not round...or triangular, but square has four sides, and four is a number of Satan). Spin your chakras using the visualization you prefer, whatever works for you...as long as you see them pointed the same way as you align them. For the Heart Chakra, the two funels, tornadoes, pyramids,etc, should be base to base, one facing up, the other facing down. Spin these two as one, in the same direction. That's the way I do it, and it works very well. To each their own though...

Ps. Spinning your Chakras counter clockwise is for absorbing energy, clockwise is to release it.
