How to Make Personal Sigils?

Hello,
Does anyone know how to make sigils? I would like to craft my own personal sigils for magical workings, but I don't see that information on the JOS website or forums.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have crafted lots and lots of sigils.
From the oghum and runes.
And they have been very helpful. Just read abt the runes-
You will know how.

Thank you for responding. Could you briefly explain why there is no need to use my own sigils?
What magical method would be superior to making sigils?

Runes and affirmations. The only realy way a sigil would have power is if you charged it with energy then burned it.

@hapatato: You'll notice that in the JoS witchcraft section it has a dozen of examples of magickal workings which don't use any sigils at all. If you notice the form of the workings we use they consist of mantras(either rune vibration or Sanskrit mantras which are more powerful) to raise energy, then visualization and affirmations to direct it. Read the JoS witchcraft section where it says basic things like "the three steps of witchcraft" e.t.c.
