I too have seen this kind of filth. My dad was told he had prostate cancer but when he asked the doctors WHY they think he had cancer they said "don't worry about it! just give us $10,000 to take this test so we can tell for sure!"He told those shitbags to shove their diagnosis up their ass and he left and 3 days later he got a letter that LITERALLY said word for word
"Um..you definitely have cancer. Please come back to take more tests"
SERIOUSLY?! They actually think that just because he's old that he's stupid!?
And don't even get me started on Sigmund FRAUD'S psychiatry system! It's pure DRUG PEDDLING with a JEWvernment license meant to rob and enslave the populace!Anyone who isn't a perfect robotic slave gets diagnosed as "crazy" and told to BUY THEIR USELESS DRUGS! I remember how many violent retards I got in trouble for beating the shit out of in school and every single time they'd CALL THE COPS ON ME for putting a deranged mutant walking birth defect in it's place before they maimed someone with a pair of scissors!When they told me to be "tolerant" of such defective CREATURES, I told them we should just abort those walking defects from existence to spare everyone else the burden of wasting resources to feed the fetal alcohol down syndrome crack babies!

I sadly am also stuck on welfare due to the fact that no one will hire me for my political views and it's the same reason I was forced to quit the ARMY.Now I have a reputation for being "intolerant" because I'm one of the few people who will actually openly tell the truth and make a scene whenever some libertard tried to lecture me about "political correctness" and have no problem tearing their entire marxist ideology to shreds and make as big a scene as possible on principle alone!

  Whenever you get angry:
 1. Do a reverse ritual.
 2. Do hooded Cobras ritual.
 3. Ask satan to take your anger and use it for something.
  In anyone of these things vent it all. Yell, scream, punch the air, whatever you gotta do. 
 Instead of using the groups as a venting place, annihilate our enemies with it! You are a warrior of Satan! Are you just gonna complain about it!! Go and desolate our enemies!! Tear them apart!! Let THEM know of your anger!!!!

My personal opinion that it's okay to vent in these groups. Angry Shaman is a dedicated SS, we're all dedicated SS (except for the infiltrators) so we understand and we get each other.Sometimes having someone understand us helps in the process of healing.

I remember this time I went to the doctor and took a bloodtest, my blood was different somehow, the color of my blood was amazing, and I knew that was a result from meditation. When I got the results, the doctor said my results was like a dream, I could not get a better result. They thought this was very odd due to the disease that I had, since it was a chronic disease. So they tested me for drugs. And they even tried to change my medications, gave these weird stories about other types of "amazing" medications etc. Thanks to my intuition, I knew they were talking shit and if I tried something else...I would get a horrible backfire just so they could profit. I just told the doctor "I stick to my original prescription" and he was not happy when I left.

I was going to quit eventually anyway because I was surrounded by idiots fresh out of high school who kept getting us in trouble playing pranks.Even with 3 greys sucking up my vital energy and causing injuries I STILL beat the ARMY's training but they didn't have us do much besides track running, pushups and mind games.If you want to be part of an organized combat group go to a dojo and learn something like muay thai and learn at least one grappling art.
Adolf Hitler himself even said that boxing and jiu-jitsu are far more useful for a soldier than a 2 week crash course in rifle marksmanship and I fully agree.
Personally I favor muay thai, wrestling, boxing and swordsmanship. I'm not too bad at fencing and I practice with a variety of weapons like knives, a wooden katana, and a cane I use to practice saber fencing.I never liked those narrow fencing swords because they're way too wobbly and I like a heavier blade that's somewhat sturdy you can use one handed like a katana or a wide bladed saber. I mainly use a more eastern style with a sword but my thrusts are derived from European fencing since those are fastest.
It's best to learn a few martial arts. Even just buying a punching bag and practicing forms by whaling on it for a few hours is better than nothing.
