Just wandering how long i should wait in between opening chakras ive only opened my third eye and crown chakra and can tell a big diferince in meditation now also should i do the crown chakra exercise more than once.

Once you've opened a chakra u should continue to empower it daily.

Yes you should keep medidtating on them and try opening a few more at the same time, after I do my chakra medidtations i fall into a trance then i just foccus on the energy,good luck.Persistance and focus is the key to oppening the chakras. Satanism is the best!!! HAIL LORD ENKI!! HAIL ENLIL!!
