HOW DO I USE THE OTHALA RUIN

so i would viabrate it 108 time every so often i would state an affirmation like...... i am bring out past life talents wisdom and memories...      
 and what is a talent would it be a power like telekinesis /pirokenetiks    something like that? the othala ruin is vitiated like ...ooothaaalllaaa..

It doesn't have to be 108 times to have an effect. You can do a 40 day working and vibrate it 24 times or a multiple of 24. You can make affirmations after that but the more you vibrate it the properties of the rune is within it. So vibrating the rune will automatically activates its own powers but still make affirmations and tell the energy what you want.
Do it everyday for 40 days and see what happens.
I think talent would be more like certain skills like music or art or any kind of skill that makes you stand out. It all depends. 
Experiment with it and try it.
