Hello,

i meditate every day and i do "Pranayama", but i cannot feel energy!
The only thing i feel, is the air in my lungs :/
And from where flows the prana to all the chakras? I dont think that i moves downwards from my lungs :D
I studied different books about "Kundalini"-yoga but they dont explain it in detail :/
When i inhale moves the prana/chi from my lungs to the heart-chakra? that would make the most sense to me, but i still dont feel it :(

I hope that somebody can help me... and please excuse my english ^^

Best to start in a trance. Then while in a trance, visualization is very important. Visualise yourself in a universe of any bright colored energy EXCEPT GRAY (death energy, dont mess wit this). White or golden white like the sun is best to start with. The with the inhale visualise your entire body absorbing that color/energy. On the exhale brighten your body with the energy you invoked. Repeat many times. Be confident and KNOW that your invoking energy, your mind will follow this. Dont worry about feeling the energy yet. It should come to you soon. Do this meditation until you are bright in energy.

When you become confident start breathing exercise #1.

<td val[/IMG]Find a Tia Chi Course. It will be the most effective method for you to learn what you are seeking.

after pranayama just sit quiet and empty your mind.............now visualize whit energy flowing through your body.......like along the arms, in your legs and also you may feel heat and itching sensation in some places like chest and arms.........that is none other then "chi" only.
for 3 days you have to do this...........after that you will get ready to recognise chi even if its far from you......

i think i have helped you..........

Thanks!

i concentrated on my body while taking a long walk.
I experienced a strange feeling at some spots! I cant describe it and went away after a few minutes o_O

I hope that are no side effects from my fasting, its now day 21 and i feel very strong and i enjoy meditating, but im also afraid of doing mistakes ;/
