Here is a useful pdf file about Ayurveda. This has been a great help to increasing my overall energy level as well as helping me get a better pump in my workouts. Two herbs that were left out in the file that were recommended to me by Daemons are Schisandra, and Geranium extracts. Schisandra is a liver tonic, adaptogen, and is helps any kind of strenuous activity. Geranium is a Martian herb meaning it is ruled by mars and boosts your physical energy in a much healthier way than caffeine, lasts longer, and has little to no crash.
