Help with the FRTR

Hi guys, this is probably a dumb question, but I can't find the answer, it's probably around here somewhere, but I've been reading through the forum all morning and I can't find what I'm looking for.

I want to start doing rituals everyday. I already figured the FRTR is what I have to do.
I already got the pdf, the mp3, the website to blot the letters and images to help with letter destruction visualization.

I also sorted my schedule so I can fit this in. I'm good to go.

I just want to know if I have to cleanse my aura after this? There's nothing on the file that mentions it. It wasn't required some years ago, but things change over the years and who knows might even be common sense by now and it's not worth mentioning? I just want to make sure. Not only for my own safety but because I would have to adjust my time schedule accordingly.
I'm sorry if this has already been covered on another topic but I can't really find it anywhere.

You should yes. However After doing the Rtrs for awhile you may or may not have to each time due to most of this stuff having come out of you and you will be aware of your aura so know.

Ideally cleansing should be done whenever the aura gets dirty regardless of the rtr or not.

The Final RTR removes curses from you. But it is recommended to clean your aura afterwards as well.

It only takes a short time visualising for a few minutes.

Just plan your meditations sessions in such a way that u clean after rtrs.
for example start with pranayama, then void then raise energies,do rtrs, clean, protect urslef and empower (if u feel like u are clean enough)

Yes ! You can to use mantras, like VRIM, SURYA, RAUM, VI-SHUDDHI, ANSUZ etc.

Regarding cleansing, at first I would breathe into each chakra and visualize them as the sun and then claim that my ... chakra is completely clean in every way (one chakra at a time). Now I vibrate Surya 111 times on my soul, while I visualize it as a sun (visualize the light that cleans the soul), as soon as I finish I say 9-10 times: my soul is completely clean and devoid of any negative energy, in the most healthy and positive for me.

So if I understand this correctly, the ritual itself is not negative in any way, however it removes curses from humanity, and the one who performs it will experience this in a more intense way? Meaning the negativity buried in one's soul will come to the surface such as with the Munka workings? I would guess in a more dramatic way? Just trying to be prepared here and understand what may happen so I can act upon it accordingly. First time I experienced something like this it didn't really go well, as I lacked the proper knowledge not only to identify the situation but also to handle it.

Since I also want to start doing the Removing Curses workings, I think it would make sense to do after the ritual, to further remove curses deep rooted in my soul. This way I don't really need to mess with my meditation program, just fit the whole thing in my daily routine. Sounds like a really good combination.
