Help with my Father

Long story short my father is old. Since i was little i had these negative thoughts and emotions about him if he dies. It made me really protective and scared something will happen to him. After years of self destruction about it i realised he is the one draining my energy. He is not going to live a more than 5 or so years. He really did cause me a lot of pain and suffering and i don't know if i should let him go i mean remove him from my aura and soul. He made me hate him but when push come to shove i find it extremely difficult to let go.

What should i do or what is the best thing i can do?

I think this post is informative on mind control and vampiric influences from family members, through my and others' experiences. I am still struggling with deep damage, and I am gaining experience on how this works. Detaching is definitely needed and you need to win his resistance, to free your soul (this is what I perceive). He can reincarnate and live a new life even without you, people that harm us prevents our advancement and this is an indirect damage to the global advancement of all souls.

I agree with this. I send my father a message to say i love him and explained to him why I'm doing this.Seems and feels he understands.

And besides if he dies he won't be "dead" like you say.
By that time i probably will be able to communicate with him.

You welcome, you seem lucky as he understands you want to distance him, and he's lucky as you seem to be kind with him.
However based on my experience there will always be unconscious resistances to prevent you leaving him. The power and location of those links, depend strongly on the childhood relationship you had with your father, you may also have unconscious resistance to let him go (you probably already know this better than me). My advice is, detach him from your chakras and also investigate if you have any thoughtform linked to your soul, that is also connected to your father. This may keep emotional link and/or control alive - this happened to me and was hard to detect.
