Help needed on my third eye.

I've been trying to open my third eye, but however, I kept getting the wrong tone for the vibration, I've tried and tried.. Can anyone post a sound clip on how the vibration should sound like or guide me along?

Also, I've dedicated but the blood on the paper was even barely visible.. I can only see 1 word of my signed name in blood, I wonder if this is the matter?

1. Make sure your "looking" at your third eye, and your pushing the index finger, opposite hand that you mainly use for writing, so you feel a faint electric shock kind of feeling. Just breathe and vibrate different tones so you can feel it vibrating the middle of your forehead and down a little. (It felt like my eyes were vibrating in their sockets) Afterward's, there may be a pressure where you felt the vibrating, maybe even a headache. Normal.

2. If you cant see much blood, it doesn't matter, you don't need to do it again. What matters is what is in your heart.

I've tried that, I feel no vibration around my third eye area no matter which tone I try and I feel no pressure/headache at all.

One thing strange is when I push/place my left middle finger on my third eye area, I feel like it's vibrating even when I'm not vibrating out any tones... Is this normal?
