Sometimes I feel a strange sensation that I'm not myself. More precisely, I'm not identifying with my body, feeling almost as if I'm inside the body and not the body itself. Is this normal for meditators?
Honestly no, this sounds like dissociation or the start of a dysphoric condition.
Firstly, stop thinking or focusing on such thoughts its called rumination and its the primary driver of worsening these feelings.
Secondly, focus on grounding yourself, orient your meditations towards yoga and focus far less on the more escoteric aspects of meditation.
Thirdly, try and do some non-spiritual related activities like going to the gym, eating out with friends or even playing video games preferably yet again with friends in a social environment.
Lastly, if these feelings persist come back to the forums with an update.
If you really want to feel just how much you are your body do a 2k on a rowing machine, that should help clear your head and improve the sync between your body and mind.
Yoga literally means union, to feel seperation from your body means a lack of union and this is a problem that you should try and adress, hopefully more advanced members can also provide feedback here.
