heart chakra

Where is it located?All the others have spots but it dosent say anything about the heart chakras position.I just opened mine but id feel better if i had a reference point.

The JOS does list the heart chakra. Read it again.

Between the pectorals/breasts. About 4 inches to the center from of your heart.

It is located in the centre of the chest.

how do i harness energy into my heart chakra? i'm trying to scry astaroth and i am a beginner. once i harness this energy i am supposed to transfer it to the mirrow. how do i do this and how do i 'feel' an energy? (when do i know its there? etc...)
