Hello everyone, my name is Lauren Westinghouse and I just signed up a few days ago to this forum. I have been a Satanist since 20. Well over a decade. I did relapse into xianity for a few years, but I got back on my feet again and came 'clean', so to speak (if it is allowed, I prefer to compare xianity to a heinous drug addiction, in which the mind is muddled, and Satanism to mental clarity, the type that is only brought by abstinence from the drug), and after looking around for a good place to meet other Satanists on the Web, I came across the JoS site, only to realize that had I done the dedication ritual years ago, I would not have relapsed in the first place. But such is life.
I would like to have conversations here about things related to our spirituality, and also to ask for advice on Demons. I have not done a summoning ritual yet. I am waiting for when I feel is the right time, and when I do, of course I will obey the protocol of the JoS Summoning ritual to the letter. Because that is what I lacked before, was spiritual guidance, and now, even though it is transmitted through cyberspace, I am thankful that I finally have it, this Dark Blessing from my Dark Angels.

Welcome Lauren. Continue to study the Jos website. The group here is for guidance and all that you mentioned. Start your power meditation program. Oh and its not Dark angels, its Dark Daemon Gods. And when we say Dark we mean opposing xianity the enemy relifion programs. The Gods and Satan are not dark but are Friendly, loving beings whom we love and respect.

Thank you Shannon Outlaw for welco[/IMG]</var>everything that is written there, that I cannot put into words my elation that at last I ahve found people who are cut from the same cloth as I, and we are here, many of us, reading each other's letters.  How is it that, on the "What to Expect" part of the JoS website, that some one else has experienced the same thing upon opening the door to Satan that He had been knocking on all along: strange coincidences, unexpected good things happening, an accelaration of events leading up to the destruction, eventually, of negative personality characteristics, just a feeling of being watched and guided in a helpful way? And upon praying to the false god "jewhova", feeling ill in spirit, and riddled with nightmares, and my spirit is rejuvenated even thinking of Ashtaroth, and of course Satan, but how is it that another just somehow knew of the disgust and repulsion I would feel when passing a church, ever since I was a child? Being told of 'evil' by people whose ancestors were responsible for the torture and murder of innocent women during the Salem witch trials is the one thing which is comedic in a grotesque way. It makes me laugh a bitter, cynical laugh. The 'lamb of god.' How  could anyone want to get involved with someething that would slaughter a lamb ust for the heck of it, nto even for food, and then call themselves 'his sheep?' I wonder only why all these centureis things have not been the other way aorun, been as they should...with Satanists the ruling majority and musims, et al, the persectued, scuttling minority, but thenl again, maybe it is up to us, up to all Satanists, to begin effecting this massive change, through small, gradual changes. And IT IS POSSIBLE. I leave you all now with Dark Blessings, and keep reading the writings on the home page of this site, print them out and read tem ain the privacy of your own dwelling, until they are second nature.That is my plan, and UI intend to spend my life immersed in this most magickal and fascinating of disciplines, Satanism.
