Greetings all I am newly joined to the group. I was just wondering what are all the regiments of exercises and meditations I should start out with as a beginner. I was thinking it would be best to start with the simple beginners breathing exercise to begin with. Then either the cleansing visualization of body and chakras or the expansion of the pineal gland mediation. Ending with the energy absorption meditation perhaps followed by a second cleansing to close off with. It seems like all of them are essential. I'm just not sure in what order they should be used. I feel like there should be a proper order to it. I'm probably just over thinking it a bit but better to be safe then sorry. So any advice is welcome and appreciated.

You're dealing with truth now.  You have a lot of data (not that much) mixed with the truth.  The truth is there and cannot be corrupted.  When you combine the data with the truth in the correct way and with the correct intention, you will become enlightened.  I've found that goes with just about everything you learn here.  Due to the urgency of you getting trained up quickly, their is the 40-day meditation and enlightenment program.
