i am a noob myself still as i only dedicated December of last year (the thumbtack hurt but it was well worth the reward of having father in my life).

from what ive read in the past on this subject if it be demons and/or guardian demons (yours) you are trying to contact or find i am not sure but as far as guardian demons are concerned ive read here in past jos group messages that some people don't find out who their GD is for quite some time and i mean months if not years if im not mistakes (for you it may take more or less time i cannot say for sure if it will be more or less that you gotta find out for yourself just like i must find out for myself).
anyway what i am trying to say here is brian is right. many things here are going to take time.
i am still learning about mediation myself and am getting as much info on it as i possibly can so i can make progress where it counts.
Also they tel me here that you can get incense and candles that do not require flame for some things if you are in a place that has strict fire safety regulations.
me i may use flameless stuff on occasion and may even resort to (tell me if this sounds odd or weird anyone) buying a paint kit so i can paint flameless candles a different color if needed. i cannot believe i did not think of that before.
as far as incense goes h ear there are kinds that do not produce flame that some here say demons would like it.
just trying to give you some info you can use as i do not know what your living situation is compared to mine but i hope this helps

Welcome Michael,just start a power meditation program from joyofsatan.com and it will give you instructions about what you are asking.You have one,but the problem is you need to be astrally open to communication.And that takes some time brother.So just work on opening your chakras,and in time you will be able too.Good Luck!!!!!
