Yes, do them when you can.

Results:

A LOT of energy. I could not lie still for most of the session.

I noticed that my body wanted to stretch/move in ways much similar
to some Yoga poses.

It was sort of like extra energy was going through the circuits.

crown thing, or flower, or lotus, at the top of your head, which
expands once you ascend your Kundalini. I'm not sure whether this is a
falsehood or not though...

That makes sense because when in a deep trance and doing several reps
of vibrating SATANAMA, the serpents merge AT my sixth chakra and I
experience vivid images in front of me as if I'm watching a "movie,"
(for lack of better words) because my third eye feels like it has been
further unsealed. When the twin serpents merge at my third eye, this
creates a scorching hot sensation at my crown chakra and it feels like
a flame/torch springs out from it, while the united serpent is looking
in front of me. Vibrating variations of AUM while focusing on my
spine creates similar sensations that heat up my spine while Satanama
seems to focus on the center circuit of my chakras up to the third
eye, and out. The first time I felt that fiery sensation on my head
almost freaked me out, but then it started feeling much more natural.
My actual kundalini certainly hasn't risen, but with sensations like
these, and for anyone else that experiences them in a way they can
handle and control them, this can be a positive indication that you're
headed in the right direction, in my opinion.

When holding the mudra that is used for opening the base chakra,
vibrating Satanama also emits a lot of heat from my hands, which could
also be good for developing pyrokinesis.
