The actual page says that you should just focus on the pineal gland
when the energy has been put into the throat chakra. Energy follows
thoughts.
[One could either push the energy into the pineal gland, let it soak
up the energy that has been put into the throat chakra, or both. Find
out which way feels/works best for you, the end result is pretty much
the same.]

I can relate to this completely. It is by far the most effective
meditation. I have encorperated it into a series of THREE
meditations. The 3rd Eye meditation, followed by the Pineal/Crown
meditation, followed by your Magnum Opus Meditation. Performing it in
this order maximises results, and results are astounding, although it
can be quite, is painfull the right word? For me I found fluctuations
in body temperature, a real feeling of cold, like ice, but the
ability gained of dream recall is, best word for it WOW!!!!
Also, telepathic abilities seem to accompany it, as Rev. Jonathon has
pointed out.
I am a new born child compared to you, but if I can offer my input it
would be to perform the 3 meditations in a row.
The "thoth" mundra, then the "bbbbbbbb" Mundra, then the drawing in
of energy from the base to the throat, a ten second pause whilst
pushing up the energy, then release. Results are very very good.
I would like to thank you persoanlly for this gift, although from
HIM, without you it would not be known.

knowledge. I have been meditating on my pineal gland frequently. I
note other changes in my becoming more psychic and I can see and
understand things I couldn't before. It is opening another door in
my
mind. I spoke with Satan about this and he told me to keep
meditating
on it.
The pineal gland is the seat of the soul, and I am led to believe
through my own experiences that activating it brings special
abilities like I mentioned above, among other things. There are
times
I am not even meditating and it secretes the ambrosia and I am just
blown away. I also noted one time, when it was active, I stated
some
affirmations and directed some energy and the effects were more
powerful than normal when I do this.

I did the Pineal meditation briefly for the first time last night.
I've been doing void meditations again, to sort out all this
mental
shit I've been getting, so I figured I could do a pineal
meditation
while I was sitting there. Here's what I wrote about the Pineal
Meditation: "I could feel thumbing on my head and hear chanting".
The chanting was odd, no idea where it came from(hidden enemies
perhaps). I tried using a "magnetic barrier" around my head to

the thumbing, but that did hardly anything. With other vibrations

randomly get sometimes, I can use this barrier to stop them
quickly.
Couldn't locate the pineal gland either. I know about where it
is,
but
I prefer to be able to feel it.
I'll probably do the pineal meditation again tonight.
I continued with the third eye opening late last night aswell, so

had to be quiet.
Results: At first my hands got warm, then later around the last
few
vibrations my upper body got warm.

of database of the sub-concious realm. It was quite amazing.
Next strange thing to happen... on coming downstairs, my wife
informed me there was a big spider in the bath, now this may
not
seem
strange at first, but I have always been pretty scared of
spiders,
and this was a big one, however, I walked into the bath room
and
picked up the spider and gently put it on the grass in the
garden??
Not sure weather I can "hear" people's thoughts as such, but
can
definately "sense" their emotional state.
With the 3rd eye/pineal technique I have been inhaling for 6,
holding
for ten whilst pushing up the energy from my throat chakra. Im
finding the longer I hold my breath the more intense the energy.

when I was in school. I just "knew" this one kid sitting

going to put water on my seat and do it, he did.
Yes, that makes sense.
I'm continuing with it as well. I got a little bit hot last
night,
and
I could briefly feel my heart beat when I forced the
sound "back
then up.

The Astral Body is Gold but still a little patchy if that
makes
any
sense? Like im looking at it through a veil, like a fine
mesh. Im
going to continue working on the Third eye and pineal gland
up
until
Wednesday (Thursday morning for us) as I feel there is
still
more
to
do.

tense
up in
a
way that makes my spine curve back sort of like a "C"( as

energy
goes up into my head), head moving around in odd

increase in telepathic ability?

a "deeper" internal vibration. Variation of pitch is
usefull
to
move
the vibration to the correct position.
I have found over the last four nights my astral body
has
gone
from a
deep ultra-violet/purple edged with gold to mostly gold
edged
with
ultra-violet outline. Also, I am finding I can see
energy
more
clearly. With eyes closed I can still see my astral
body
this
morning, although it is not as clear in daylight.
