Yesterday I had to go downtown to run some errands. I finished and started walking towards the subway station, I noticed that a enormous black grey cloud was hovering over the area from which I departed recently. I thought to myself, "It will start raining when I get to the station, at this rate." Which it did.
Talk about timing. Sometimes I think the Gods usher us in certain directions at specific times to get out of disaster situations, which is what soon happened.

Luckily I got on the last train to go home. But when it got to X station, the train operator announced over the intercom that there was a mass power outage all over the city, and in the suburbs, and many stations were out of service.
I exited the train and started walking home. I had an umbrella. As I stepped outside some cold breezes blew on me, for which I worried it would reignite my cold, which I was recovering from. But as I continued walking, no more breezes blew. Which I am glad for.

I managed to avoid the rush hour crush, with people stuffing themselves into buses like sardines, because half of the subway stations were out of service because of flooding. Many roads were barricaded with police cars because of the flood waters, with policemen re-directing the traffic.

I really appreciated this, that I got home safely, was able to eat warm food and have enough to drink, and even have a warm shower!
(There was still hot water, but I wasn't sure how long it would last.)
My parents also made dinner earlier then usual, completing their cooking just before the power went out. I think this was the help of the Gods.
I later thanked Lord Satan for directing me and bringing me home safely just before the havoc hit full speed.

Later on, a relative called to say that her area had power restored. Not surprisingly, this was the predominantly jewish area, on which she lives on the outskirts of. (No, she's not jewish.)

Then, exactly at 11:04pm (Lord Satan's numbers ^.^) the power came back on, and that was the time showing when I plugged in my phone to charge it.

I watched the news today and it turns out parts of the city are still without power. But my area had power restored.

Thanks to Lord Satan! Hail Satan!

Your post are very inspiring to me.

It makes me want to give back more & more to Father Satan and the Gods everyday. We are truly blessed.
