Well I only been lifting since I was about 22 and I'm 26 now.Between 2012 and 2013 I couldn't lift because I was in the Army and we only did cardio, pushups, situps and yoga for exercise.
When I was in school I was very strong but my idiot xian mother took me to a jewish psychiatrist when I was 4 years old because after getting lost in a grocery store and then her dumbass said "thank god I found you" and I screamed "I HATE GOD!" so loud everyone in the damn store heard me.
So between ages 5-17 I was being drugged against my will and this led my body to degenerate something ridiculous.By the time I was 19 I had finally lost 145 pounds because of how bad those damn jewish drugs fucked me up and then I got kicked out of my house and kept jumping from place to place with no way to train.Then I joined the national guard, got through all my training only to get fired on graduation week because a fucking jew named Zimmerman made up rumors about me being a "baby killing psycho terrorist" when I got him busted for drug possession.Another jew named Sabacinski helped him because I kicked his weasel ass once and he couldn't do jack shit to me even when I just stood there letting him punch me XD
So yeah I got fired because of jewish rumor mongers and then I started powerlifting.
But because of all the shit my body went through when I was in school while being poisoned I totally lack any kind of endurance for stuff like cardio even though I did pass the army standards and I still have alot of repairs to make internally to make my body able to keep up with itself.
I'm currently 250 pounds of muscle and lift 100 pound dumbbells in each hand.When I started lifting 2 years ago I was 170 pounds and my max in each hand was about 25 pounds.So in 2 years I've quadrupled my strength and added about 70 pounds of muscle and my bone density has also increased substantially.
The other and main reason I lack cardio endurance is because my ki makes my body overheat rapidly and until all my chakras are fully opened any continuous effort makes me overheat to the point where I give off visible heat waves and feel like I'm scalding myself.
It's funny because ever since I started meditating I actually scald myself in the shower and don't feel it at all. My aura is already that strong.
