Once again alot of us have the power to change our lives yet we choose not to. A demon came to me when I was on vacation (worst vacation ever, I should have went by myself!). I was laying down and trying to go into a trance to do some quick meditations and a demon said "THE MIND CONTROLS THE BODY." We all have the power within ourselves to do what we desire this is why the mind is so important in Satanism. Knowledge=power
I personally hate studying and have a tendancy to procratinate at times, yet I can get in a good 2-3 hours of study with no problems because I can program my mind through hypnotism to do just that. Saying it to yourself 5 times just isn't enough. You gotta say it about 50-100. This won't take as long as you would think because your not using energy, your just changing your thinking. We have the power of this.
When it comes to healing yourself its not as hard as some would expect it to be. Just breath in about 50+ breaths of a certain color energy and program it to heal you. I know your thinking, ohhhhhhhh here goes HP Keon on that 50 to 100 breaths shit again, nobody has time to for that much. People listen to reason here, to do about 5 breaths alone and programing it would take about 1min, 2mins if you go really really slow. 50 breaths will take you about 15-20 mins in the most and its rewarding.
What color to use? You can use the color of the chakra that it corresponds or is just close too. If you have any lung disease, your lungs are close to your heart chakra so you will use green. If you have head acks or suffer from head injury then you can use dark blue (its near the 6th chakra). Doing this daily has amazing effects!
