Hello Brothers & Sisters, I need your help regarding two meditations. Answers from anyone who has experience with performing these would be appreciated. Regarding the "Third Eye, Pineal Breathing Meditation:" (1) While breathing in energy from the Base Chakra up to the Throat Chakra (holding breath/focusing on Pineal to stimulate), are the Solar Plexus AND the Throat Chakras to be visualized pointing UP? Next, regarding the "Mer Ka Ba Meditation" step #18: At this point in the meditation, the upper pyramid is spinning counter clockwise, and the lower pyramid is spinning clockwise. Instructions state that the disk between the two pyramids is to (now) be visualized spinning. (2) In which direction is the disk to be spinned? Thank you in advance for any guidance!!! friend jene.
