and one q related to meditation.
today i meditated in open(in a park at 4:15 so noone was there)

andwhile taking in energy(lots of it) i kinda had a feeling that it feels hot(donno fa sure--i know the energy feeling i'm asking bout the temperature thingy)

i mean even though it was a pleasant morning(kinda cool)
but i could feel the heat twitches in my whole body while taking in energy...........




ONE MORE Q

though i'm still working on my 3rd eye opening-
i tried making a psi/chi ball----it kinda felt like some empty/invisible thingy is creating a push against my hand!
so is it right?
