Flickering

So i just recently got candles the  incense ones and i do my own sermons and my candle seems to flicker a lot probably not the smartest question but is there a slim chance someone is trying to get my attention? i know this is a long shot but the candle flickers real fast not like normal flickering but fast flickering and it does it constantly to then it stops then starts again i dont pay much attention to it after a while i tried talking if there was someone there but i haven't opened my clairvoyance yet nor the other one. P.S since you guys are talking about diets i have one but I'm not so sure how it will work for you guys but here it is.nothing but lean meat chicken breast turkey ect. But grill it though or with olive or coconut oil then a handful of spinach.i say spinach because it has B vitamins and theyre good for metabolizing fats and proteins and such then add avocado or any type of nuts those are the good fats. And if you starts getting craving like me usually i eat peanut butter by itself peanut butter helps keep the hunger at bay for a good while.now i would recommend this but i dont eat any fruits at all i will from time to time but rarely will i eat fruits i eat nothing but vegetables this is my body building diet or powerlifting whichever anyway good luck to all Bless the joy of Satan ministries Hail lord satan and mother Lilith!
