Thanks for the reply but you use a concept I am unaware of.
I don't know how to tune into my own soul. I'm still in the process of trying to get into a trance. Our levels are most likely very different but I appreciate the time and info you provided on it.

I usually just tune into my soul and feel what element I am most in tuned with. I work with quintessence a lot, so I almost always draw in the other elements in first then balance them out with that. So usually I am decently balanced as a result.
One of the most beautiful feelings I felt is when my soul was heavy with water. I wasn't heavily emotionally in this state, I felt very receptive though. Initially I am a calmed laid back person, and that didn't change when my soul was heavy with water. I just felt very receptive, fluid, adaptable, calm and at peace.
I remember running into another person someone adept in spirituality in this state. I wasn't really paying attention to the fact I was heavy with water. He noticed it and was accusing me of being really emotional and sensitive... It was funny, those characteristics aren't of me and in spite of the all the water, I still wasn't like that. Even though water is emotional and can cause someone to be heavily emotional, doesn't mean such results are rendered.
I honestly have no idea how I became heavily wattery like that. I had just moved away from the beach temporarily and came back, soon as I came back I started heavily interacting with the ocean again. I am assuming it is from that, but are uncertain.
After a while I balanced the water out with other elements and I felt less fluid and receptive.
An easy way to balance yourself out is to feel your soul and find which element you lack in an concentrate on pulling the desired elemental energy to that specific area. I recommend all getting familiar with quintessence so when they get experienced invoking the elements, they can use the quintessence to balance themselves out.

Is there a better way to balance elements than going by characteristics of those
strong in them.
For instance, i am strongest in Air I think but there are some things that don't
match me. It says air is very sociable while i am not at all.
I also believe i'm the weakest in water but it says "These people are often
total materialists who disregard the spiritual." when refering to people that
lack water. This is far from the truth as well. I have never cared about
possesing things and have always prefered the mysteries of spirituallity over
that of earth/physical.
Am i able to just take in an equal amount of each element to balance or is that
not good.
