If you are absolutely unable to print the RTR, it is OK to perform the ritual without printing it out. Some people don't have access to printers. Just go ahead and do it without the paper.

Thank you, HPS Maxine! This is just what I needed to know. 
I just posted a message (which hasn't been approved yet) to the JoS forum this morning regarding this.
I would have to pay to have these letters printed out tomorrow, as I no longer have a working printer at the moment.
I'm so glad to know I can still perform the ritual without paper.
Would it still be better to pay to have the letters printed out though, if I can?In my country, this wouldn't get me in trouble, but this is still something I'd rather just keep private.
