I feel my body gets very hot when I'm taking in energy. I start feeling heat on the inside and sweating. Especially during chakra spins. I guess that means I'm doing it right. How do you guys feel energy
If it's my aura then I feel like a clean sphere around me and I can feel everything in that area. In my body it's always like a a tingling buzz feeling, and with my spine I sometimes have heat rushing up, not very intense but it does make me sweat. Also convulsions sometimes

A shrewd breeze that give you 'goosebumps' is how i would describe the sensation felt when i take in energy. More specifically this is how i feel when inhaling during meditation.
Also your mode of inhalation may be reason for the sensation of heat you feel and not necessarily the energy. Whereas an increase of the rate of breath will increase your body's internal temperature and therefore induce sweat. As you describe to be undergoing.

Raising energy in the body increases your life force and so expect to feel many things. Each experience is unique. I always feel this invigorating feeling as if Sun energy has become apart of me and I love it.
When the soul increases its energy, the hotter it becomes. The soul thrives on light so absorbing energy from the sun is very benefical and aids in spiritual advancement.
