Hello family,
Since 4 months I was training more with Yoga and 10 Tibetan breaths exercises because I have 2 jobs and no time for meditation.
1st job is 8am-5pm (takes me 1h to get home and from 6pm-9pm I sleep. then I need to cook for the next day for my 1st job)
2nd job is 11pm-7am (I thanks father for helping finding a new & better paying job when I needed his help the most)
I was just wondering if I do only Yoga exercises from JOS site& 10 tibetans breaths from JOS yahoo every day does it still helps me to become Godhead or I need to do some meditation too?
After 4 months I feel heat sometimes in my spine, I'm more flexible, I feel more happy and energetic.
