Exercise Routine

As well as the basic power meditation routine, I am starting an exercise routine. I can't be of much use to Father if I am not in shape. I a putting this question out to those more experienced Satanists.

If I do these exercises:
5 sets of 15 press ups
5 sets of 10 dips
5 sets of 15 bicep curls

How long will it take for me to gain any noticeable muscle?

That really depends on your physical build. If you are a stocky person or a thin person, if you have the genes to put on a lot of muscle or not much, and how much fat you have covering the muscles.

But all in all do the work out every day for a month, or twice a day if you like. And you will definitely start seeing results. I have started getting more serious about muscle gain this year. Taking my workouts up a notch from last year. However I started working out daily in about November last year (on and off unfortunately) and noticed a difference in a few weeks to a month.

I would suggest adding in some abs work as well. Don't just focus on one area of your body, but work on getting it all up to speed and strength.

You don't have to be huge to be strong either. I'm tiny and not much to me too look at I look like I would snap like a twig but I do a lot of outside work. I can lift more than women 'bigger' than me and it's from constant use of muscles and the body for years. It also has to do with how quick your muscles recover after excersise, resistance to injury and endurance. I have years ago beat men twice my size at arm wrestling and it really freaked them out. They did weights and by all rights should have beaten me. Will power and 'chi' energy plays a part also. Strength is built up in the body over time with constant use. I used to walk 6 - 8 or more kilometers per day at least 3-4 days a week, outside gardening, digging, dragging, raking, lifting and so on. Im fitter than the average but nowhere near as much as I would like to be.

Firstly it would take you some time to get any muscle, now on to your excise program you don't need to be in serious shape to help Satan, those if you want to get in shape drop the press ups and bicep curls, add squats (all the way down, speacking from experience here, I had a knee problem and it was fixed mostly by full range squats, at that time I was without) some pullups are a better for of bicep excise, and gets you in shape faster but do them properly. Dips are great but work on handstand pushups they are much harder especially without a wall. Lower all the reps and keep the number of sets low and rest time inbetween sets as long as you need best if it is also low. Also add some ab work, and spine work. That will get you in shape, also feel free to modify the excises for example say a bodywieght squat is too easy make it one leg squats (pistols) if that is still to easy you can add weight to it. Note this will give you a muscle but it may take a long time but before then you will be in great shape. Also if you want modify the excises so direct energy to or from the area you are working on, directing to will make it easier and away will make it harder as well as teaching you, a great trick that you can use in physical confrontation.

To make more progress, switch it up. Don't do the same exercises day in day out. And one thing to keep in mind is that everyone's body is different. Try to hit different muscle groups every workout so that you won't plateau. There are tons of exercises out there, don't limit yourself. Maxine also mentioned a routine she did back in the day, it was in one of her sermons.
