Important note:i am against animal sacrifice for no reason, i am against slaughtering an animal so that God get pleased and all that bullshit, i saw a post saying pagans when they killed an animal it was for the Gods to bless the meat then the pagan eats them, then i saw that compared to Eid kabir, i want to give you the berber perspective of eid kabir which is cultural more than religious, please read all before you judge , thanks.

I see many thing that muslims when they do Eid its for the God of islam etc, it may be the case in many muslim countries, but let me give you the Moroccan perspective

In Morocco in many families its less(and sometimes even not) about religion , its more about culture, the animal is stored in the fridge and the family eats it, and gives a part to charity

its more cultural than religious, children(really) love it(really! To the point if one tell his children he wont buy a sheep they will cry, every moroccan was like that when young) to see the sheep in the house they take picture with it and play with it, whenever they hear sheep sound in the street they look from window and watch it or go to the street to see it closely, also the same day the sheep is killed, there is a barbecue , add to that the same day and the next day families visit each other, believe me its more cultural rather than religious in many if not most Moroccan families.

Also the day the animal is killed it requires all family members to collaborate one has to clean one to do that the other has do this, its more of a culture.

Also in the south region of Morocco, in eid kebir, there is Boujloud festival, its also refered at as the berber halloween , which is a very very very ancient festival ( predating islam, which proves my point..)and muslims claim its haram, so its against religion, thats why im stating its more of a culture rather than religion, even the athiest moroccans enjoy the eid

And in above average or rich families the sheep is chosen wisely to guarantee the best quality of meat etc so its to consume, and meat sellers dont work for 2 weeks i think or more after the eid since no once buys meat at that period because everyone has it

Add to that , in islam eid is not 100% necesary , its but a "suna", and even if its only suna almost all Moroccans do it ,by the way i forgot a point, many during the eid they buy sheeps for poor families , who cant afford them, so its a time where some who cant afford meat during the year to get it ( i do it myself too i buy poor families sheep) and their children go crazy for it since they like to hear the noise of sheep and like the fact that they too got one and they play with it etc..

Let me continue, its only "sunah" but why almost all moroccans do it ? I said because its more of a culture , but why? Berbers have always killed animals in someting spiritually related, for example my grandfathers used to once a year buy a bull , take it to a shrine when its killed and given as charity to all people there , and in same time its for visiting the Saint.

The ancient Pagan religion of berbers made them tied to that, and thats why even if eid kabir isnt even a "Fard" they still do it and every single year.

I give you a last example, last year , for many reasons , eid kabir was canceled in Morocco, so no one had to buy a sheep, but still people went crazy over the liver and meat they bought it instead of buying the sheep and did the barbecue, i did it too, its more of a culture. In Morocco, other countries? I dont know.

Considering if the reason why muslim countries are poor, thats a complex question requiring a more complex answer, the salafi muslims in Morocco say the opposite, the country isnt a first world country since we dont apply islam and we are getting far from it , so from the salafi muslim view point we arent that muslim, and from western point of view we are muslim

I dont wanna go more into that i want to tell you one of the main reasons, its not islam, since it wasnt even taken that seriously before and the berber version of islam the berbers distorted it so much, it started to be against the arab version of islam, also the sufi berber way, is way against what the arab islam teach, but some moroccans started gettinf influenced by the salafi way of islam, which is the worst and they managed to influenced many othzr moroccans and those are the ones who get things worst

Let me give you a simple example, in the berber version of islam, when your wife gets sick, its very normal and expected that you take care of her , thats the normal, in salafi islam, when your wife gets sick you return her to her parents and they should be the ones who take care of her , you should not take care of her, and the example they give is , if you rent a home and something happens in the home, the owner is the one who should fix it not the one renting it, so they view women as a car they rented when they get married , just 1 in a million example proving salafi is the worst muslim version.

Now the reason Morocco and north africa but let me talk about Morocco i know it well, the reason it got left behind is islam but more of "the arab mentality", the era where printers started being used in europe and thats one of the eras where the books started being zveeywhere and people started reading , muslim leaders in morocco said its prohibited to have a printer , so islam played a role, but not as big as arab mentality

So that you know how much even the berber islam is against arab islam, did you hear about borghwata ? Even Moroccans dont know it

The main problem is, the north africans started having an araboislamic mentality ( i invented that word it doesnt exist) which is literally a crazy mentality

He can drink wine all day , do evething which religion prohibits , enjoy visiting europe , and all, but if you ask them whether Morocco should be led in an islamic way or in a way that goes hand in hand with how the countries in the world got developed , he will want islam, he himself he can be someone going to persons in Morocco who do black magic, which is considered shirk ( nevzr get pardoned by God) but still he will say i want Morocco to be led in islamic way

By the way do you know whats the penalty if you get caught by muslims doing black magic? Cuting the head, same of athiests, still north africa this day is the place where black magic is done the most , its jut a crazy part of the world, its prepared and ready for evolution, yet the arabomuslim mentality kicks in when they are given a choice

Literaly this mentality makes them against themselves , there are villages in morocco that are extremly poor yet they manage to build a mosque, why not a library!! Sometimes even two mosques , they call the mosque " the house of Allah" like if God is some real estate investors building houses everywhere

The moroccan women, these days , are in a trend where they belittle moroccan men , and glorify any other ethnicity beside moroccan or north african, in same time Moroccan men living in europe they rarely want to mix, they go back to morocco marry a girl then bring her to europe since moroccan man even if he lives in the most european style you can imagine , at a certain age a response kicks in when he wants to live by moroccan culture, and hy the way 90% if not 99% of men who do this thing ( bringing girls from morocco to europe)

It ends up very bad for them, always being accused of rape/ violence / raping their children, everything you can imagine, and the problem with european laws , is even if many managed to prove all claims false , they dont do anything to the women, znd why the women use those accusations ? Because it makes her get the paperrs, and a house and salary i guess or whatever but main aim is papers

And moroccan man nowadays who face that start to be told by europen police man similar things to that : but why you went to morocco to find a girl? We know whats happening but we cant do anything

Still to this day i never heard a moroccan girl getting jailed because she false accused her husband , thats why the rape statistics in europe i dont believe, since its massively inflated by the false accusation of moroccan women

But recently europe started taking measure and rectifying this, since they found out the moroccan women almost use the same accusations and the stories are repetitive , and why it happen between european women and moroccan man at very low rate compared to moroccan man & women ( very huge percentage, almost every single one)

And a compaign was started by " abdelkarim bouchane" who was an athlete and got jailed because of false accusation of his wife, he started doing videos explaining the tactics moroccan women use to get papers and many moroccan man are waking up , choosing either to marry a moroccan women and let her live in morocco, or they marry a moroccan women who already has europe papers or , a european women

Thats one of a million manifestation of the arabomuslim mentality, you see clearly how everyone is against everyone in Morocco, how can the country advance

I forgot to tell you , the things moroccan women do in europe is not intuitive, when they land on europe they meet moroccan women there who mentor them, this is 0.001% of the manifestation of the arabomuslim mind , extreme evil, and the good deeds are welcomed with bad ones

Let me give you one more, there is a very common mentality circulating in Morocco where women say "to keep a man your own never let him make money" , so imagine a man marrying a women with good intent , then what she starts doing is extremly draining him and not letting him make money in a way or in another because "if he starts making more money" he will start thinking about cheating or similar , its crazy, we are against each other to the point where i drop the araboislamic term, since the arabs these days became better than us and dont have this kind of things, this started to become an northafrican trait , we are descending .and if what i told you is 0.0001% imagine how the 100% is , and the theme is us being against us, its not even about religion at the core.
