Is it ok to change and do the crown chakra work in the evening and the Hatha Youga in the morning, instead of the opposite as recommended?

I believe the only problem when doing Hatha Yoga in the morning, is that your body is sort of still stiff from sleep, so most of the positions may be rather uncomfortable compared to other times.

You know the 40 day meditation program, I cant do the chakra spinning very well. Its says upwards and downwards. Does it mean pointing in front or back. Or pointing up to the roof and floor? "Darkness is light turned inside out"-Beelzebub

I usually prefer to do Hatha yoga or any high intensity workout/martial arts in the morning as it is usually fresh and it keeps me energetic throughout the day. The chakra meditation, I keep for night.
Also, as Light Yagami said, your body may be a bit rigid in the morning. So, it is always a good idea to do some warm up exercises and then go for complete exercises.
