Does meditation heal someone from psychological disorders or does it increases it?

Yes, absolutely. It first makes you aware of the problems, and the way you understand and react, and most importantly why. When that happens discernment is acquired and then control over the mechanics of the mind. The mind is easily deconstructed and healed, up to the deeper karmic problems, that are emotional and other types, intertwined. Meditation brings knowledge of self and self-mastery. These disorders come first to be confronted and corrected or just under the control of the individual. Awareness is key here and slow-controlled meditation in time heals parts of the soul.

Satanama mantra along with other workings definitely resolve problems like these. Develop a plan for this. First lesson is that everything takes time, and you should make use of that. Meditation schedule, study, and workings along a couple of months should be enough.

Do we just vibrate it like it's done before RTR's?

Or do we say it as it's spelled?

Yes of course you vibrate. No matter what, mantras are to be vibrated.

How many reps should we do and for how many day's do you think?

I took a psyche med a while back now and now my dreams are fucked up every time I sleep.

They are vivid and intense and often angry.

Yah I learned my lesson about taking that shit but I was desperate at the time.

Now I'm paying the price.

Hopefully I can heal this shit.

Do for 40 days a healing working with Satanama and Wunjo. In the morning do 40 or 60 reps of Satanama, with affirmations of healing the mind and emotions. At night do it with Wunjo, 64 reps. Affirmations of balancing the mind and emotions.

The morning working, have the intent of healing and well-being. You can visualize yourself as a flower blooming or etc, whatever works for you. Intent also the whole subconscious to be healed from any bad thoughts, brain chemical imbalances etc.

The night working, have the intent of balancing and detachment from any bad thoughts of illnesses, mental conditions and total serenity.

You will have around the 3rd and 9th day backlashes and things like that. Stay strong. Every night, after concluding the Wunjo working, clean your aura and head chakras very very good and ask your Guardian to help you finish off the cleaning.
Warfare and related do them in between these two related workings. Start on a good astrological date.

Night terror is usual after that kind of medication, with the above working all will wear off and find new balance and normality. It takes time and effort to correct the chemical brain and heal the mind and bad connections it made during the trauma of medication.

Thank you Naked Pluto.

Could you possibly give me some good affirmations to use?

Also...

I'm wondering what a good astrological date to start would be?
