Can the planetary alignments imprint stuff on a person's lives at birth, especially with a person's DNA? I have learned that person's life, whether it is the shit they go through in life or whatever will affect a person based on their formula. How the soul is imprinted on DNA?

Astrology is something that could probably answer your question. At birth you have a specific astrology chart given to you, created at the time and place you came into this world. It helps define your traits, attributes and personality by the energies of the stars at that time and place. The stars have specific energies, as well as the constellations of the Zodiac and planets, which will make up your astrology chart. They are not necessarily energies that we are always subject to, like if you had a sign for bad luck or health, because you can block the bad energies. I remember.
So how many of you born with extreme power had this in your birth chart, and how many didn't?
because what I'm trying to figure out is when my dragon rises in this life, will I have to wait for a specific timing to be reborn due to my super advanced powers?
