DIFFICULTIES MEDITATING & OTHER STRANGE THINGS ...

Anyone notice that there seems to be an upsurge in the number of people complaining that they are having difficulties meditating or other strange, unusual -- and unwanted -- things are happening? For each one who has posted on the groups about this, there are probably many others who have not.

Now I'm not a newbie by any stretch of the imagination and I too have been experiencing this. No one is immune.

My opinion: this is enemy-based, for the most part at least (for we cannot ignore the fact that sometimes one can become distracted, overwhelmed by daily life, or may even have become lax in personal discipline). I think the enemy is attacking in a much more subtle mode than their usual tactics, hoping against hope that we will either

a) fail to notice and gradually drift away from our spiritual practices and fall by the wayside, and/or b) become so discouraged and distraught that the same thing results.

Presumptuous of them but then they've never lacked in the arrogance department. And I also think we can take it as another sign of their desperation, a time where they are dredging up every possible way they can invent to break us.

That just "ain't gonna happen" people! You can't mess with Satan's Own and get away with it!

When it comes to meditation difficulties, I believe the best way to get past that is to simply keep soldiering on, continue with your meditations EVEN IF YOU THINK IT ISN'T WORKING. Defy the fuckers every inch of the way! Even if it's only for 10-15 minutes, just do it! It may appear on the surface to be nothing more than a self-discipline problem -- I can only speak from my own experience of course -- but it is likely more than that. It will not take long -- a few days -- to get back on track again, or at least well on the way. Persistence is key.

As for the strange thoughts and things going on in people's heads: those who know me quite well are used to my nagging about protection exercises but I can't emphasize this enough. Do this each and every day, at least morning and night as a matter of course, and more often if you feel the need.. It only takes a minute. Build an extra strong shield so that the enemy cannot gain access. When/if they do, turn the thought off immediately of course but take it one step further: extract the damn thing and burn it with astral fire!

Never, ever, give the enemy "house room"! And also remember: it's never too late to turn this around! So if you've been struggling with this over a period of time, now is the time to take a stand.

Thank you you are very right in your post. I know the amount of attacks have increased even tough I am advancing, I am strong and will be better for it in the end.

Thank you! You inspired me greatly! Keep up the good work! *goes back to meditating* :3

Hi there!
Very inspiring words! Thanks ever so much... I am quite new to this but I can say that I do feel forces trying to scare me away. Now I know better not to be having read up on this, and once I do meditations and rituals I feel amazing.
How is the best way to protect myself from angelic attacks? Being fairly new to this I don't want them screwing with my head if you know what I mean. Or especially intruding when I'm trying to communicate with the real thing.
Thank you!

There is a lot of importance in cleaing your aura so you don't lead yourself to problems in life, and there is even more importance in making your aura stronger.
But the only thing I would like to add is not to fight an imaginary"enemy". If you feel you are having problems get to the bottom of it,because it is most likely a self made problem and something you need to fix yourself..If you go off trying to FIND an enemy that is causing the problem, you WILL find a problem,it's all about the law of attraction.
If you ARE feeling a strong attack, you will know it,you won't need to 2nd guess, trust me..And if you're just a novice one of the first things you'd probably want to do is immediately call for Satan, for he promises his children protection from those who would love to see us fall.
And in most cases attacks come from other human beings, not even demons, mental vampires who force you to feel a certain way,or limit your growth with their own depressive shitty lifestyle.

Key: Love yourself above anyone or anything else, because you are the only person who takes you to happiness, you are the only person who brings you to where you need to go.(happy fuzzy teddy bears)

No offense, I believe strongly in Satanism teachings but that doesnt mean find the simplest answer. Maybe your right I dont know but I have to go with simplest answers, meditation is just difficult thing to master espicially when begining with it, reguardless of the cause for this you are right, we must all take note the too biggest enemies of spiritual empowerment are lazieness and a lack of perservence.

Oh I'm not in the least offended; I understand what you're saying and always welcome discussion.

The enemy will focus on any and all of our weaknesses and exploit them to the extent we permit them to. And there are times as I mentioned earlier when it really is just a plain lack of self-discipline or apathy. But I knew that in my case, for example, there was also something else at work; for those of us who are regular, diligent meditators who seldom if ever "fall off the wagon", who suddenly find ourselves confronted with something that is trying to prevent us from carrying on, then maybe we need to dig a little deeper, that's all.
