I think gambling is bad for many people especially if they can't afford it but I think adults have choices to go there or not. It's not supposed to be a way of making money or supplementing your income. I don't think it's worth a black magic spell or group ritual or anything like that. When the Jew falls things will become more fair probably gambling will probably exist for quite a long time in some way or another as many people find it fun and entertainment. So it's best not to focus on it if you hate it.

Some people are immature and lack self control and do not know how to handle it so they lose everything. We can't blame some peoples lack of control on the whole thing. Just do not do it yourself and focus your hatred on the Jews not Casinos.

To move forward meaningfully in life and in your spiritual path, you have to let go of these obsessions.

The way to win is to leave this past in the past, and make renewed wealth, become prosperous in your life now and outgrow these things of the past.
Dwelling on it, obsessing over it or trying to fight this for revenge against something which was mostly a result of personal vices, isn't going to get you anywhere.

Build you life. Why let this dominate your life? It's just some money that is gone now. Not worth to obsess over at all. You can make wealth anew, and much more than what you lost.
