This is just some advice that may help many of you that are still living with your parents. Many of us have no idea how much we've been programmed and a lot of times it's other people that say certain negative things that we may have to some degree believed. This is quite simple to do and may help you increase your powers and confidence. As we know many people we encounter in our lives may be without and live negative lives and will attempt to drag us down in some way and say negative shit, & this may stay on the soul as your subconscious mind retains the shit they say and your soul may or may not reject this negative remark. So the following can fix this and help a lot in the long run!
Take some time and think of all the negative verbal abuse you've received for as long as you can remember recent and past(even past lives if you can). This can take some time, write them down in a list. Now the next step is writting something opposite to what the abuser said, (note that this can also be parents, friends...) , Exemple: (1.) "You're so stupid" reverse to (2.) "I'm not stupid, I AM SMART" say (2.) 9 times for each reversal. Do thus for your entire list it may take some time so you can seperate parts of the list for different sessions if you want to...
When you are finished, to reprogram the soul to think freely again and increase your esteem in the long run, also to prevent it from ever happening again, you can conclude with an affirmation such as: "My mind & soul permanently rejects any negative claims and remarks, human beings think & say about myself" 9 times or 108 times for maximum benefit. You can add runes to this exercise and I recommend the MUNKA is pronounced (MUUUU-NNNN-YAH-KAH) 9x or a multiple of 9, vibrated before the concluding affirmation. *ALL AFFIRMATIONS CAN BE CHANGED TO SUIT YOU THESE ARE JUST EXAMPLES*
