Dedication ritual/soul empowering process

UM this is a bit of a two fold question if its been asked or answered before my apologies. First part of the question do you need to use blood in your dedication ceremony, cause i cant really intentially cause myself harm even a little bit lol. And the second part is there a crash course in empowering your soul cause im kinda against the clock here.

Yes, blood is needed. There's no course, but you can start by opening your chakras.

There's not anything like that. Quite the opposite if you are impatient you'll most likely fail or even worse, cause problems to yourself. Empowering your soul is something that takes patience, it's much like physically working out. Empowering your soul is actually not done for quick results or quick things or if you are in a rush, you should really get this out of your mind if you have it there. It's like saying that you want to get out to get super extra muscle mass in one day because you haven't enough time.

I've always found that everything spiritual works better if you don't do it with expectations and just do that in a relaxed way, the same way you watch TV or play a video game or do skiing or whatever else you like. If you are not patient and you have expectations you invoke your left brain and this causes disturbances.

If you aren't in your 80's then there is not need for hurrying. Take your time, be patient.

If you really cannot prick your finger then its OK. Its all about intention. Just do it without blood. The dedication should only be done if you are 100% sure.

There is no crash course for empowerment. It is an ongoing journey. Patience and consistency are the key. The best comparison is like muscle building. If you set yourself to train four times a week with weights and then skip the first three days - you cannot just train four times as hard on the last day and expect the same results. Power meditation should be practiced daily. In this way you will build power.
