DAY 3 - Trance Training Continued

If anyone is having difficulty or experiencing problems with this first Week of Training, as it is now day three of the Trance Week please feel free to ask or put your questions forward.

Sometimes We don't want to ask or seek assistance because We all want to get it right first time, or simply don't want to be the first to ask.

This first week is very important. Entering into a comfortable trance state is the Foundation of almost every working that follows over the next six months, therefore it is a necessity.

Day Three, although it is not long into Training, can sometimes be a bit of a breakthrough day. Day 1 is uncomfortable, its new and rarely yields success. Day 2 is more comfortable, you know pretty much what is required and what to expect and you find yourself getting closer, or more frustrated.

If you found Day 2 better than Day 1, Great, your on the Right track. If however day 2 was more frustrating and uncomfortable than day 1, today offers the opportunity to modify the technique used, and still gives ample time to re-adapt.

An important factor of day three is Relaxation. If you have been finding the routine tough for the first two days, try today to relax even more. A good long stretch. Tightening and relaxing the muscles methodically. Make your seat more comfortable. If sitting on the floor, sit instead on a pillow or cussion, lighten the load a little.

If you already are achieving the falling effect, Great! keep it up. If not, You WILL, keep trying, it Will come. There is no "I Can't" with Trance, "You Can". Some do take longer than others, We are all different, but We can all do it.

Kindly point me out to the Exercises for DAY 1 and DAY 2.

I tend to get lost in all the posts here; I've a habit of greedily reading what catches my interest, thus getting side-tracked fr my original intent lol.

Day's 1 through 7 are Trance Training. Today is Day 4

Post No. 710 gives a full schedule for the Spiritual Warfare Training.

Post No. 711 Give instructions as per Joy of Satan for days 1-7 Trance.

Another usefull meditation is the EZ chakra spin , it helps me alot to get in a deep trance,because then I get that "falling" effect.

I find that one useful also, but I don't think We cover that until Day 29 Month 2, but your right though.
