contaminated by christianity

Am totally ashamed to admit this but I desperatly need help I've been brought up in a xtian family & I think they've contaminated me with their rituals so much that sometimes i swear in the name of their self proclaimed god.I know Satan is the true Almighty deity & I always pray to Satan too help me through this time of despair.Please help me and I'm sorry to have done all this against my religion am a Satanist no doubt

Those habits will be forgotten in a while. Many of us catch ourselfs saying typically xtian stuff. You can help yourself to stop saying such by trying to think about what you are about to say. Like 'Dear Jesus, Mum, you look like shit!' . you can skip the Jesus part or replace it with sth else.
