What i previously thought were enemy attacks (they may have amplified these energeis however, but can't confirm) were actually negative astrological influences. It's super important that you study your natal chart so that when an "attack" does happen, you'll know where it is coming from. Awareness of the "origin of attack" also helps in lessening its power. Fear is largely about the unkown. Knowledge helps in dispelling fear. As Sun Tzu would say, "know your enemy and know yourself". Events in your life can trigger these states, it could take one word, an image, a sound, anything could trigger such a state in you. The triggers and "attacks" will keep happening until you've reversed the situation inward (by changing your inner state) and outward (by resolving the physical issue). Focusing on the inward first will strongly help in solving the outward, so that winds are going where you want to go rather than in the opposite direction.
Mechanical rituals on their own won't do much to change the energetic effects of the planets. What I found helpful from my experience was when I entered a negative state due to a trigger, I then use mental force to visualise its opposite, and think of phrases opposite of the negative state. It helps if you had examples in your life that directly contradict whatever you're currently feeling. Focus on the times when you won or had a positive experience, not negative experiences. Don't focus on the negative. What I meant by that is don't visualise and do not speak or talk about whatever scenario or state that negative force is trying to pull you towards. Habitually cursing (it's called that for a reason) with emotion when something you didn't want happens also helps in materialising similar events in the future, as it adds energy to them.
Instead, visualise the opposite positive scenario or state, and then try to feel that scenario/state, and finally speak it out, materialising it somewhat. Mental force is required where you steer your ship away from the negative path and back into the positive. Sometimes intense mental force is required, through the think, feel and speak counterbalance. I'm not saying to pretend negative events didn't happen or that what you're negatively feeling isn't real, they are and can happen, but it's important to mentally and coldly investigate why they are here in the first place and then to push back against the negative tide. Once you've investigated and figured out the origin, don't just tune it out but actively aim for the opposite state through opposite thought, feeling and speech.
Awareness and control of your mind will allow you to fight back and not let these attacks negatively affect you or at least not affect you much, whatever they may be. If you don't take the reins, the astrological influences will do it for you.
