I believe strongly in my religion here but I get annoyed when I find this especially with Christians and atheist try to tell me how and what god / gods I should believe in I have backgrounds in families with the Christian churches that when I choose not to go to church with them (which I always politely deny)  that I should and that they  will 'pray for me' It really gets annoying especially knowning all there personal thoughts / energy are going (well at least trying to go to me )  I recently did a mediatation to visualize my aura and delfect all there negative energy back to them I visualized and made affirmations for all Christian prayers sent to me and also when affirm visualized gray energies around churches in the past I was forced to go to as a child (clead aura / chakras afterwards) is there anything else meditations I can do ? I already know about the blue visualization and protecting meditations anything elsle ?
