christianity in public school

hey a few of you that read my post about 2 weeks back may remember my teacher that was playing a christian movie in school. well that was the last day before spring break so i didnt really get a chance to tell anyone. anyways,

my reading teacher today took us to the library and let us read for the whole class, but before he let us read what we wanted he spent about 10-15 mins talking about this christian book called "90 minutes in heaven" after talking about that he offered each of us a copy of the book to read individually, i took one to see how christian it is. after reading 2 pages i put it down because it was talking about how the author was trying to make a church and how he was at this xian convention or something (i was not paying much attention) here is a summary of the book if anyone wants to know how xian it is http://www.bookrags.com/studyguide-90-m ... in-heaven/

well anyway to get to my question, is there anything i can do about my teacher doing this? i suppose i could talk to my principal but is that all i can do? i am 90% sure this is illegal and this scum talks about how he reads the bible all the time and practices what it says and bullshit i really just want him out of my school.

<td val[/IMG]There is a very thin line between standing up for your rights,and putting yourself in unnecessary danger.I agree that he has no right to preach that shit in a public school,and legally you can speak out about it.I had the same thing happen when I worked for walmart.My boss would talk about jewsus before the meeting.And too did say something to others about it because it bothered me,but it caused more trouble for me though.Now the question is not can you because you have every right too,but do you really want too,and will it make things harder for you there.Just some things to think about.There are many decisions that I wish I would have considered more carefully.Up to you though.
