Chi block in wrist :/

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has any good ideas to help unblock a Chi Block in my wrist? It's been infected for a few days but I recently realized it's a chi block as well. It's on the top side of my wrist, extending towards the middle of my hand.
If anyone has any ideas that would be great thanks!
