Chakra Rotation Direction

So I'm new to Satanism AND forums and first I'd like to say how liberated I feel since I've shed the veil Christianity had over my eyes.  ANYWAYS, I'm someone who overthinks things so I was wondering if someone could provide a diagram showing which directions the top 3 chakras and the bottom 3 chakras are supposed to be spinning so I can visualize it whilst meditating. Also is the heart chakra supposed to be spinning too? in what direction. Please VERY VERY VERY specific, I'm not slow, there's just a lot of room for misinterpretation.

All chakras are upside down triangles or vortex’s that rotate in a clockwise direction.

Root: upside down vortex
Sacral: upside down vortex
Solar: right side up vortex
Heart: same as solar
Throat: same as solar
Inner eye: same as solar
Crown: same as solar
Left hip, shoulder and temple: ]
Right hip, shoulder and temple: <[

Also for the shoulder and hips you can invert them to aid with directing energy but you shouldn’t keep that way… normal aids with consuming energy.

I have been reading a lot about chakras and getting them in balance. Going to get a reiki massage to see if that will help.

If it feels discomforting in any way I should stop the session. Never know what some half baked person tweaking ur energy could do on accident, or on purpose.

Trust ur intuition tho, for the 1st gut feeling usually doesnt steer u wrong(not the left brain thought u have 2nd)

Reiki is more akin to "angel magic". Do you also go to a church and pray to jewsus just in case, as well?
