Can someone give me some advice on this

What runes or crystals can I use to attract a soulmate or love relationship. I have Rose Quartz and Blue Lace Agate (those are the two common ones suggested for that purpose) how could I infuse that with energy or use it in a love spell.

I am familiar and have practiced Satanic meditations from the Joy of Satan site but I have not found anything on that site about this. So far though I have only done black magick against the Jews and enemies of Satan I haven't done a spell like this so I am wondering What I found about this was the using the aura section but I didn't understand how to do that if I don't have a specific person in mind.

What is a good spell to attract a new love relationship or attract friends who are Satanic to me.

If you are refering to charging them with energy in order to attract, then I would suggest you look at the section just passed number 3 on the JoS link:
