I've noticed emotions that I've been hiding have been coming out after meditation, like anger and sadness about certain things and problems. So can it? Anyone experience the same?
it can be signs of kuindalini activity...it happens to me too...or memories just pop up and it feels like i relive it and feel the same emotions. read about the subconscious mind...the only way i can explain it is. your mind is not getting fed info so its reacting. your mental wavelength is changing from am to fm

Yes meditation brings out suppressed emotions so they can be dealt with. It is actually one of the goals of meditation and also of yoga. This is so that the mind can be freed from any restrictions and blockages so that the kundalini can rise safely without any serious problems.
Yes. This has happened to me a lot and it has changed my life completely. I have realized I have many regrets about my childhood and now I have to go back and fix those.
Thanks a lot Shannon! I remember reading about this but it didn't occur to me now that I have INTENSE anger after opening all my chakras. I feel like a dork now
