Can i visualize to focus

Would it be ok if I'm visualizing on something, like my chakras or rune maybe to focus as well especially if I'm empowering my chakras with runes, cause it's like when I do the foundation meditation, I breathe white gold energy into one of my chakras, then I condense the white gold light into them, spin the energy and when I exhale I visualize the light expand and brighten, and if I do it again I make it brighter and brighter every time, then I visualize or focus or whatever, and after I finish. Would it be possible to just visualize while I'm focusing or would the visualization be the same as focusing if I'm holding an image in my head, thanks in advance. And one thing. I also noticed I have chi in my solar plexus area, it was once at my sixth chakra causing problems, now I have it stored in my solar chakra, is there any advice on anything I can do with this witchpower, thanks again
