There is something wrong with you being a SATANIST and asking for permission to read a book. Satanism is about liberation and defiance in the face of tyranny. The reason there are things that we shouldn't do such as: reveal ourselves to xians, muslims and jews, race mix to destroy our racial identity which is the most precious gift that we will ever be given, and other things that are against COMMON SENSE such as those listed in the Al Jilwah is because to go against these tenets is unnatural.... However there is no "punishment" for most things that people would refuse to abide by. Instead there is consequence for refusing to use your brain and the eye of Satan/ the eye of wisdom to look at the potential outcome of a situation.... The bottom line is Satanism does not command anything that is unnatural and it is unnatural to ask people for permission to read a book. It is also unnatural for someone to give or deny you permission to do so. That is not Satanic at ALL.... Understand?
