Why are you asking?Did you read somewhere in the JoS description of the dedication that it has to be performed at night?No, of course not it doesn't matter, this stereotypes about Satanism being about darkness, doing rituals at night are nonsense, Satan is called Bringer of Light for a reason.

And like the other replier, I also did my dedication during daytime and it worked.

I also did mine during the day as well.  I actually did mine on my lunch break and went back into work feeling amazing!!   HAIL SATAN!!!
