I have a slight problem. It seems like meditation is a must for Satanism. And that's great! It really is! But uh...I can't meditate. I can't sit still long enough to meditate and if I try, my mind fills with random crap for new stories and embarrassing and painful moments from my childhood. I swear, it's like my blood is 70% caffeine. 30% root beer.If I am able to relax and clear my mind, I fall asleep. Any tips?And I need to find this dedication ritual. Nobody is able to meditate perfectly when they start, really. You need to train yourself to focus your mind. Obviously it can't happen the first times you do it! Think of playing a musical instrument: Can you imagine someone playing a complex song the first time he tries that? Somehow people know that with physical things it's impossible to do them the first times you try it but they really expect mental/spiritual things to happen immediately. I can't really follow this logic.
Yes, it's pretty normal for these thoughts to come in your mind. This has been mentioned in the site. Meditation is a cleaning house too. It brings suppressed thoughts in the surface which you need to accept and move on. If you have suppressed anger or things like that you need to accept them to be able to relax. This will eventually happen after you clean your suppressed emotions.

Well, of course I'm not expecting something amazing to happen at first. I just have a problem with holding still. I get restless and need to walk around the house before sitting back down again only to get restless again 5 minutes later. I don't know why, but I am overflowing with energy and I have no way to get rid of it.

If you do drink that much coffee and root beer, the first step is to cut back. If that was just an analogy (a humorous one, I thought ) then maybe try some affirmations? I have trouble with void meditation sometimes and when I get distracted I just think things like "You don't have to remember/think of this" or "Your mind is cleared of all internal and external distractions." Another thing to remember is that "You control your thoughts, your thoughts do NOT control you." That also seems to help/bring relief. If you haven't dedicated, here is the link:How to Dedicate You Soul to Satan   Anyway, as for embarrassing memories/etc always remember that to move forward you must not let past hindrances/etc keep you down. If you don't believe in yourself, you cannot progress. Always believe in yourself! These things are in your past--what matters is acting now.Also, I used to always have trouble with falling asleep. This improves with time/as you meditate you will be able to focus better. It sounds like you have a hard time focusing, but try not to be so down on yourself. Just make sure you put some time in effort into meditation--that is all you can do, and it will help with some patience and hard work When you can, maybe try sitting instead of laying down? I don't know if you lay down or not, but I used to and it was way harder not to fall asleep. Some things you might need to lay down for, like after hatha or kundalini yoga. But you can sit up for a lot of the meditations and this is very helpful in improving focus/not falling asleep. Get comfortable, but not TOO comfortable Hope this somewhat helps!Hail Satan!

Sit cross legged or with your feet on your thighs if thats too comfortable so you dont fall asleep. And definately avoid caffine. And dont try to suppress any thoughts just let them work their course. It sounds like a lot of mental energy has built up and needs to work itself out. It will naturally work itself out but it only will when your not focusing on tv, work, video games or other modern life distractions.

About jews: when we use that word here we refer to a specific race not a religion. There can be an atheist or christian jew, it doesn't matter, he's still a jew. It's one who has a hooked nose (although many jews have a nose job to fix it), rat-like ears and other characteristic showing they are jews. George Rockwell said "you can draw a picture of a jew but not one of a catholic or a protestant". They also have such things as jewish genetic diseases and a "cohen gene".

no.state you need a lot more than just a name before you make an accusation that someone is a jew. Some names even were originally gentile but now are more jew but doesn't mean that some gentiles still don't hold that name.

There are so many names that could be jew or nonjew--it's part of the deception. Just as races are becoming more integrated and cultures/traits/identities are being lost, there isn't much in a name anymore. There's history of Wagner being the last name of jews, yet Richard Wagner was an anti-Semite and wasn't jewish at all. It is extremely dangerous to assume someone to be a kike just on last name.  Even with the "exclusively Jewish" ones like Levi and Cohen.  To explain:  Suppose you have a legitimate Cohen family adopting a boy.  This boy is a Gentile, and they are going to raise this boy a cat lick.  This is fairly common among kikes--to raise adopted Gentiles as cat licks.
Now, this boy reaches adulthood.  As the kike family destroyed the boy's original family history, all that's left is the Cohen name on his birth certificate.  So, you are left with a Gentile male with a Cohen name.  This man remains a cat lick, and marries a Gentile cat lick, who takes this name (not knowing what it means).  They have a large family with several boys, who will take the Cohen name into other areas.  This goes on several generations, and no further kike genes enter that line.  You will end up with a Gentile Cohen family line--and they will be able to trace it to that altered birth certificate and adopted family.  This does NOT[/B] make them kikes!
Suppose, later on, one of these Cohens finds Satan.  This person joins the forum and innocently reveals this surname.  Only later will he find that Cohen is supposed to be an exclusively kike name.  He will already have enough problems from that.  Yet, he will be Gentile since the point of origin was an adopted Gentile into a kike family (adoption of a Gentile cannot render the adopted child a kike).
You need other evidence to suspect someone a kike.  Just a last name will be a caution.  However, I would need to see other signs.  The last name, plus a hook nose or lower ears and funny colored skin might be enough.  Or, the last name plus noticing yourself having had problems soon after associating with someone, or the last name plus a constantly kike attitude, might do.  But, with these routes for Gentiles to be assimilated into kike families (and they remain Gentiles despite the last name), one cannot assume one to be a kike just because of a bad name.
And, if this is the case with "exclusively Jewish names", it is even worse with names that are not exclusively kike.  Look at Rosenberg.  This is a kike name, yet Hitler had a Rosenberg in His army.  And that was no mistake.  This is also the case with most of the names on the list--which is why I would need physical or spiritual evidence to assume someone is a kike.  And it is possible for Gentiles to have the Meyer (or a variant of it) surname for this reason.
